WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:

This lacrosse festival is for Boys and Girls, JV and Middle School (7th & 8th grades) teams.

FORMAT:

● Four divisions: JV Boys, JV Girls, Middle School Boys, Middle School Girls. JV cannot include seniors.

● Each team plays three games with two 20 minute halves, running time.

● Time is kept on a central clock.

● Games officiated by certified referees.

● Festival format - scores are not kept and no trophies are awarded.

● Teams must abide by the LaxFest Code of Conduct.

FACILITIES:

● Free parking

● Food concessions available

● Field to field transportation for anyone needing assistance

COST:

● $450 per team prior to May 23, 2025

● Fee includes $100 non-refundable processing fee per team

Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided for cancellations on or before May 16, 2025, less a $100 non-refundable processing fee

per team. No refunds for cancellations after May 16, 2025.

WEATHER:

● Festival will be held rain or shine, as long as the fields are playable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation or shortening of any games due to inclement weather,

“Act of God,” natural disaster, or unforeseeable circumstances out of the control of the organization (THCLF).

REGISTRATION:

● This is a large festival with over 50 participating teams. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis and divisions fill up quickly. A wait list for each division will be kept.

● Registration and fee due by May 23, 2025.

● Coaches must collect waivers and present one waiver per team, with a team roster prior to the 1st game.

●Teams cannot participate without a completed waiver form.
